Photograph taken within the last six months

Proof of the permanent residence in the country where the application is submitted

Financial evidence: amount of no less than 3,000,000 THB

Document proving business credentials:

(1) proof of frequent business visit in Thailand,

(2) proof of employment in their country, or

(3) certification document from credible trade/business associations in the country of residence.

Where applicable, the document should be signed by authorized person or notarized by relevant agencies
